Sage 500 ERP Version 2013 and Beyond – A Focus On Customer Requested Features

Sage has been focusing on adding value to Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) by adding those features most requested by its customers. It may or may not come as a surprise to you that Sage actually gathers this information through a variety of interactions with users of Sage ERP. Yes, they actually listen to the customers and make updates to the product accordingly. While that might not seem like a terribly novel idea – guiding a product by listening to customers, there was a time when Sage was really more focused on the product first, thinking that adding as many features as they could would create a better product and better product satisfaction. But over the past couple of years Sage began a transformation to engage more actively with the users. Here are some of the ways they do so:
